Arts Journal Leadership…


  • Editor-in-Chief
    Brooke is the Editor-in-Chief of the BC Arts Journal, where she directs the publication’s overall vision, manages editorial content, oversees submissions, and leads a team of writers and editors to produce high-quality issues. She ensures that the journal highlights diverse perspectives and showcases the creative voices of the Boston College community.

    In addition to this role, Brooke serves as the Gallery Director for the Boston College Arts Council, organizing and curating one exhibition per month. Her work focuses on fostering a dynamic and inclusive arts environment on campus. Brooke will graduate in May 2025 with a degree in Communications.

  • Managing Editor
    Katie, a sophomore at Boston College's Carroll School of Management (CSOM), serves as the Managing Editor of the BC Arts Journal. As second-in-command, she assists with editorial decisions, manages deadlines, coordinates between departments (including editorial, design, and marketing), and oversees the final proofreading of content.

  • Associate Editor
    As the Associate Editor of the BC Arts Journal, Chuck, a junior at Boston College studying Communications with minors in Business and Film, plays a vital role in the publication's smooth operation. He leads outreach efforts and coordinates with both internal and external writers, fostering collaboration and maintaining a strong network of contributors. Chuck ensures the journal adheres to a tight, regimented schedule, consistently meeting deadlines. Beyond editing articles, he contributes to website maintenance and design, enhancing the journal’s digital presence and accessibility. His dedication and attention to detail are essential to the journal’s continued success.
